How to return your order

Pack the product(s) with the intact shoe box in the original shipping box or other suitable packaging and seal the package securely.
Attach the UPS shipping label that came with your order to the outside of the package.
Take the package to a UPS drop-off location and keep your shipping label. Find the nearest drop-off location.
Or call UPS directly at 01806 882 663. Please note that the call may be subject to charges.
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the date they arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email confirming your refund. However, depending on the payment method used, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

1.QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SHIPPING LABEL
Select YES to the question: “Do you have preprinted shipping labels for your shipment?”
Please provide your tracking number, which begins with 1Z and is located at the bottom of the shipping label above the large barcode. You must provide the tracking number to avoid paying for the return.
2.PICKUP INFORMATION AND LOCATION
Please provide your name, address and telephone number.
Click the box if it is a residential address.
3.SERVICE AND PACKAGE INFORMATION
In the package weight field, please enter “1”.
Under International UPS Service Options, please select 'UPS Standard' as an option.
4.COLLECTION DATE AND TIME
Select the pickup date and time.
Click Next to review your pickup details.
